RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased online at 

Greaves & Thomas, you can return it to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of item(s) to obtain a 

refund by following the steps outlined below:

Contact us immediately if the item has been damaged by the delivery company. Supply us with

photographs showing damaged to assist our claim against the carriage company.

If the product is not damaged Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be 

accepted as a return. 

The purchaser must be the person requesting the claim.

Please when returning the item using a delivery service, ensure that the item is fully insured.

Please note that, unless they are faulty, certain products cannot be returned:

Bespoke customised goods: Items with personalised labels or map areas, colours specifically 

chosen by the client for the product in question.

This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your

 local Trading Standards Office, Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.
