We want you to be happy with your purchase.<\/p>\n

Greaves & Thomas, you can return it to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of item(s) to obtain a\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Contact us immediately if the item has been damaged by the\u00a0<\/span>delivery company. Supply us with<\/span><\/p>\n

photographs showing damaged to assist our claim against the carriage company.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the product is not damaged Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be\u00a0<\/p>\n

accepted as a return.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The purchaser must be the person requesting the claim.<\/p>\n

Please when returning the item using a delivery service, ensure that the item is fully insured.<\/p>\n

Please note that, unless they are faulty, certain products cannot be returned:<\/span><\/p>\n

Bespoke customised goods: Items with personalised labels or map areas, colours specifically\u00a0<\/p>\n

chosen by the client for the product in question.<\/p>\n
